SPRING Retreat

This week, we work with the energy of Spring, the element Air and the maiden Archetype.

Join us for a week of feminine awakening, blossoming, growth and renewal. Connecting with and exploring our eternal youth, infinite potential, portals for new beginnings and creations.

Together and individually, we gently work through foundations, beliefs, and repetitive patterns we hold. Accessing the gifts of surrender, release, and acceptance, of what has been, what is calling, and what we envision for our future, opening ourselves up to our full potential as a wise woman.

Between group and solo sessions, we have woven in plenty of time for rest and regeneration. Expect to be nourished from soil to soul by our all-female team of chefs and holistic therapists—from seasonal farm to table feasts, and intuitive treatments.

Regeneration is about leaving something better and more beautiful than when you found it, it is about adapting and evolving to life-affirming futures. It is a timeless journey of becoming more in harmony with life, more attuned to nature’s ways. This is not just a way of farming, it is a way of life. One that is simple, abundant, rooted in nature and above all playful. Life is beautiful and meant to be enjoyed, revered and celebrated.

This retreat takes you on a journey of regenerative living. During this week, we share with you the lessons, daily rituals and farm rhythms that shape our way of life at the farm. We take you on a practical and magical soil to soul journey to allow you to shape your own version of a regenerative way of life back home.

At Sterrekopje we believe we can have a joyful, playful and abundant life that is not detrimental to our health, that of others and the earth when we are fully in and connected to our bodies. It is a way of life that we wish for everyone, and one we love to share with our guests.

This week you will learn about our regenerative way of life on the farm, while being deeply nourished and regenerated. During this retreat your curiosity and inner child will be sparked, taking home practical and inspirational insights to create your own version of a regenerative way of life.

Twice a year – around Christmas and Easter – Sterrekopje opens her arms to guests of all ages. These moments are tender and joy-filled, where little feet are free to roam and wonder, and parents are gently invited to soften, to rest, to simply be.

These retreats are a celebration of togetherness. A time to gather as a family, to reconnect with your tribe – and with yourself – in the gentle rhythm of the farm.

Days of kindred connection with the people you love most in this world, your family.

During these family holidays, the farm holds your family in a joyful way. From young to old Sterrekopje offers an abundance of playful activities allowing for deeper connection and the making of beautiful memories in a magical setting amidst the farm and her animals with enough pockets of rest for the adults while we roam the farm with your little ones.

Experiences may include:

Games in the garden
Easter egg or scavenger hunts

To allow families time to truly settle into the rhythm of the farm, a minimum stay of three nights applies.

Rates follow our seasonal pricing and are gently tailored to each family’s needs. Children under the age of three stay as our guests. Older children are welcomed at a reduced rate, depending on their age and the constellation of your family.

From private group retreats through a full farm buy-out with a minimum of 3 nights stay to personalised solo journeys from 7 nights onward, Sterrekopje loves to co-create memorable and transformative journeys that tailor your personal needs and intentions for your stay. A full farm rental is possible with a maximum of 22 guests across 11 sanctuaries.

Please note, to preserve Sterrekopje’s tranquil and grounding energy, we do not take private bookings and a party location or wedding venue.
